Suzuki Piano Christmas presentation
Last December our Suzuki class did a Christmas Presentation. I played the song entitled “Christmas Day secrets” and “Twinkle C”. Christmas Day secrets was a hard song for me, at first it was easy with my right hand, but when I try to add my left hand to the song, it became harder for me to get the song right. When I started getting used to playing Christmas Day Secrets, it suddenly became my favorite song to play. When I was playing “Twinkle C” it had a nice rhythm, the timing was hard though, but I was able to get it right after listening to it after a few times. When, I was recording for the recital, I still got kind of nervous and messed up a couple times and had to retake the video again. After a few days, we saw the zoom recital and was amazed by the other students work, when it was my turn I was scared and I cringe at myself, because I forgot I did the recording. But after I saw myself, I felt a bit proud, that I improved with the piano, was finally able to do two hands and play more harder and complicated songs.
I enjoyed playing the piano, I like playing the songs, but I am also shy to play in front of people, I also like playing songs of my own choice. To be honest I didn’t like piano at first, but after my mom gave me a push, I began to enjoy the piano.
