Carrot cake
So I kept annoying my mom to make carrot cake with me, for no reason at all, I just wanted some carrot cake at the time. And I do not regret annoying her.

Here are the ingredients, for the cake, eggs, carrot, sugar, all purpose flower, etc.. The ingredients for the frosting is not shown but I think it had butter and I can’t remember the next ones.

I was putting the sugar in the whipped eggs and other stuff for the cake batter also i’m just refilling the sugar container.

And now I am mixing the baking powder with the dry ingredients, we put cinnamon, salt, etc.. and mix it. The reason why we had two bowls for the dry and wet ingredients is so that when mixing we won’t have a hard time stirring it and won’t miss any ingredients.


And once the dry and wet ingredients are nicely stirred we mix them together once more, which is the best part, you can see it slowly getting thicker and chunky. Don’t forget the carrots!

Get an adult to preheat the oven and to put the cake batter in, it takes the cake 30 mins to bake, while waiting for it to bake I was washing dishes while mom was getting the ingredients for the frosting.

Making the frosting was kinda hard since we had a mixer that u need to hold and folding the frosting was hard, my arms got kinda sore after all that mixing.

Ok after the cakes have been baked we let it cool down for a bit, and we cut the tops so we can layer them on top of each other.

this one got a little wonky but the means more leftover cake for me 🙂

Finally we added the frosting, the frosting kinda melt a bit since the cake was kinda warm, but anyways we added blueberry and peanuts on it, be careful, it’s carrot cake not blueberry cake!

we finished the cake in 4 days, and I ate the last slice (of course) I’m requesting my mom to make this on my birthday. And of course you should try it, it taste soo good!
