Skirt Stitching

I love wearing dresses and skirts, so I made my own skirt. This was sort of inspired by Mirabel from Encanto.

We got measurements from my waist and picked out the fabric, we drew the size of the skirt on paper and traced it on the fabric. We used the half circle technique, we cut two same sides of the skirt and stitch it together. Then for the butterfly things I used yarn and wrap it on my finger multiple times to crate the wings and I used another yarn and wrap it on the middle to make the body, and repeat. After I made as much as I wanted, I stitch them on the dress. And I was done, I hope this had helped, I watch tutorials from YouTube and gotten ideas from Pinterest.
