Diabetic people can do too much intense exercise, since it might affect their glucose levels, so I combined some easy exercise and some regular exercise. We have to at least exercise 30 min a day, to stay healthy. Exercise helps strengthen our muscles, helps us have a clear mind,Helps delivers oxygen and nutrients to your tissues and helps your cardiovascular system work more efficiently. Exercise helps control blood sugar levels and lowers your risk of heart disease and nerve damage.
