Learning to bike
I have never rode a bike without stabilizers , because back in Hong Kong, the place we were staying in is small and we couldn’t fit a big bike at our small flat, and we were very busy and didn’t have time to do it.
Our dad got a bike for his birthday from his brother, and my dad decided that he would buy a bike for, my mom, my brother, my sister and me – John and I share a bike. We practice biking around The front of our house, then we decided to go to UP, and practice there, and I kinda enjoyed it and also got hurt a couple times around the leg, and the bikes falling a lot. But bike riding was super fun, we also brought our scooters so Jilliane can learn, (because at that time we didn’t buy her a bike yet). It was super fun biking around UP, gliding down some hills and biking up hill, it was amazingly fun, and we were all sweaty and tired, since it was also hot. And now I can safely say that I know how to ride a bike.
Did you know biking helps, it regularly stimulates and improves your heart, lungs and circulation, reducing your risk of cardiovascular disease. Cycling strengthens your heart muscles, lowers resting pulse and reduces blood fat levels. Cycling can also help you lose weight, it can help lower your body fat levels. Cycling improves overall function in your lower body and strengthens your leg muscles without over stressing your joints. It targets your quads, glutes, hamstrings, and claves.
Stay safe and healthy!
