In the Garden

So we were in the garden attending the flowers and we found two little strange bugs, and I researched about them.

The first bug is a hoverfly, or the scientific name Syrphidae it looks like it just came out of the egg, since it dosent have that much stripes yet. The hoverflies just kinda have the same job as other insect, they pollinate, but you should be careful of their larva, they could eat 50 aphids a day.

The second one is a Brown Flower Beetle usually found feeding nectar on gum tree flowers. This beetle can be found feeding nectar on various native plants during summer.` It’s body length is 15 mm

And here we found a makahiya plant or also called sensitive plant, sleepy plant, action plant, and we were playing with it, it always closes when we touch it and it is soo fun.

I hope you enjoyed this lesson i guess or some new knowledge, ok see you bye!
