Banana Float

Hi today we will be making banana float, for the kiddie fun shops, this is one of my products for my shop. Here I will be explaining the process on how we make a banana float.

So these are the ingredients used for making the float, we have used ken creams, banana, angel condensada, graham crackers and a mixer. we change the banana to any kinds of fruits to whatever order we got.

First we whip the cream in the mixer, we mix it until the cream becomes fluffy or until we are satisfied. Then we cut the bananas to an oval shape.

then we layer the float, first whipping cream, then graham, then whipping cream then fruit and repeat, and do it until how many layers you like. And finally we add toppings like crushed oreos or anything you like.
